Training at Buss

Buss offers widely based training with an attractive variety of postings to our various subsidiaries. Trainees get the opportunity to carry out projects autonomously with individual mentoring by trainers and colleagues.

With our recognized high training standards, school-leavers who complete apprenticeships with us not only build a foundation for a qualified professional career but also, depending on ability, can enroll for specific continued training.

Although we appreciate good grades, what really interests us is character. With us, all trainees get the opportunity to develop their talents and expand their capabilities.
