Danny Wong, the managing director of Buss-Capital-Singapur established the container leasing company Raffles Lease in 2006. In 2011 the Company became part of the Buss-Global-Group. Meanwhile Raffles Lease manages over 155,000 CEU containers and is one of the top ten leasing companies in the tank container segment with 11,880 managed containers.
Raffles Lease specializes in the management and leasing of containers for their own account, but also on behalf of third parties, like investors. This type of management is very involved and requires experience. Ideally, the operational part is done on site, right at the heartbeat of the container markets. That is why today, Raffles Lease is represented in important container business hubs: Singapore (headquarters), Shanghai, Sydney, London, Dublin, and Hamburg. Beyond that, the company is represented by agents in Korea, Japan, USA, the Middle East, and India. This way, Raffles Lease can offer a wide spectrum of container solutions, which are tailor-made to meet the individual requirements of the customer. Through its connection with Buss Capital and its investment funds, Raffles Lease has access to a large pool of lease containers, including standard, tank, reefer and other specialty containers.
Raffles Lease maintains a powerful and versatile asset tracking and reporting system. This gives them the ability to furnish their customers with accurate and up-to-date reporting and invoicing.
